Or do I need to consider Serato as a tool to use to smooth out workflow? Would it be smart to try and jump completely into Serato Studio and attempt to break away from cakewalk completely for the rest of this project. Which my project is sort of needing, just with a completely different style of music than what I hear Serato Studio is normally used for. I hear Serato Studio is great at making solid loops, sound editing in a way that is fluid and making beats. Do to my self restricted budget for the project, I've been using cakewalk to edit guitar comps together and build midi drum and bass tracks. I'm doing this DIY on a budget album as a personal project I've become quite invested in. ![]()
